Draco white belong from very poor family . He start work in age of 9 with their family to support them at the age of 12 he start going school with part time work for money . He is very interested in management and leadership study he take the commerce as maths to complete the dream of becoming business. His friend are supported and girl friend help him and motivate them in his goal. Draco pass the exam with the highest score in college and get a job in another city but his friend become snake and try to build a wall b/w him and his girlfriend. His grilfriend leave him and he broke and spend all the time alone in home.

After break up Draco mom told him to leave all the past things and start a new things towards the goal. Draco clean all the bad things and make promise to don’t remind the past things. Draco ready his bags and take basic things go to the airport and reach the Los santos city for higher studies. He make friends there and do law studies in San Andreas highway patrol organisation . He changed his aim from becoming businessman to police officer . He complete all the train and study and become the San Andreas trooper but aim of reduce zero crime but one day he see his girlfriend and old friends doing illegal stuff. Still all of them bullying Draco then Draco decide he will become the bad cop to take the revenge..
Outcomes:
1. Draco can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. draco can break ic law pc, tc and pod ( keep in mind the ooc consequences
3. Draco can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Draco can torture/interrogate for information ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
5. draco can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification..
6. Draco can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Draco can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8. Draco can remove/give stars on the person.
9. draco can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
