Outcomes:
1. Blade can take bribes up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal/pickpocket stuff as bribe.
2. Blade will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
3. Blade can torture/interrogate people if they dont follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
4. Blade can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
