- I have so much experience in EMS because I work so much in EMS and I see so much problems like In night time both lobby is empty and no one is come. When i was there I also face this issue but will try and solve this solution. I work in many legal orgs like SAHP(Head of Department), LSPD ,EMS and LI. I am a real time problem solver and I am ready to take leadership of EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- We are doing Events every Sunday in promotion ceremony reason is everyone gather for fun and interest.
- We need to conduct org inspection for improving activity.
- I will only give promotion who are actually doing work otherwise i will not.
- if possible in that time any 2 members go on calls in every time.
- I will conduct weekly high command meeting for what is the progress and report.
