2. I’ve been here a long time and have operated in both legal and illegal circles. Being in gangs since I arrived has taught me everything I need to lead, how to motivate members, get everyone to events, and keep the gang consistently active and effective.
3.Leadership positions will be awarded based on knowledge of the rules, not on who a person is. This ensures rankings are fair and legitimate. A promotion system will also be implemented so that only active members who understand the rules best hold the positions they deserve.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1 : As leader I’ll make our gang different by running fresh, exciting events that let members earn rewards and have a blast. Think simulated heists, team based objectives, scavenger hunts, and regular competitions all safe and rule compliant. These events will increase attendance, foster teamwork, and draw new recruits.
2: There will be zero tolerance for rule-breaking. Discrimination and toxic behavior will not be tolerated and offenders will be removed from the gang immediately.
