If an FIB officer is on duty, using his FIB car, and coming to exchange or sell Prime, then he’s breaking Rule 7.11 — because he’s using FIB property (car, badge, or position) for personal reasons.

Rule broken: 7.11 — Misuse of faction property
Punishment: Faction warning or removal from FIB.
He’s using government powers or vehicles for personal gain, which is not realistic and against RP rules.
Using an official FIB vehicle or uniform for personal purposes (like deals or trades) is strictly forbidden.
