Rejected appeal unban - ER 1.7

i was advised by vecna fedorov to appeal unban in this section of forum
as im super new in the city i wasnt aware of all the rules.
I’d like to sincerely apologize for breaking the event rule.as i was doing what my family members told me to do. i think i was ban by mistake as i wasnt even doing anything in the event but jus standing by. so it was an honest mistake on my part as i wasnt aware of what was going on . I’ve since read the server rules carefully and fully understand them now.

I really enjoy the community and would be grateful for another chance to play properly and follow all the guidelines. I promise this won’t happen again.
