My ban stems from a situation that began when I met a player with ID 110 at the market. We moved our conversation to Discord, where he revealed his intention to sell in-game currency for real money and leave the server. He asked if I, as a old player, could help him find a buyer, offering me a bonus for assistance. I initially did not act on this and forgot about him for a while.
Later, I spoke with Maxel—the leader of the opposing family "Escobar," which was in a constant war with my family—on Discord. I mentioned to him that I knew someone selling currency. Maxel explicitly stated he was not interested in buying, as he had done so before and no longer needed it. I want to emphasize that even if he had attempted to buy from this seller, I would have reported them both myself.
Subsequently, Maxel received a ban for buying/selling currency. I believe that after being banned, he decided to implicate me, to ensure a member of a rival family was also punished, something he had no motive to do before his own ban.
In my defense, I proactively reported the seller with ID 110 to the administration before Maxel was banned, which I understand led to that seller's ban. It would be illogical for me to offer a currency seller to the leader of a family we were at war with if my intentions were malicious. Furthermore, if I were genuinely involved in selling, I would not have reported the seller myself.
I have been a dedicated player on this project since its beginning and have never been involved in any buying or selling scandals. A review of the logs will confirm that I never engaged in any transaction. I am fully prepared to provide any necessary proof, such as bank card statements or access to RMT marketplaces, to definitively prove my innocence. My Discord is _cawok_.
