1.Leader Of EMS
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have experience across nearly every rank in the organization, and I've noticed a significant staff in EMS between 23:00 and 4:00. I aim to address this issue entirely by conducting open recruitment sessions once or twice a week.
I have seen a lot of people who deserves a good rank working hard day and night, are not treated problem.I will completely change the promotion process, ensuring that the most deserving rank is promoted to HC.
Being a leader gives me the chance to guide new members, improve teamwork, and make sure everyone enjoys their time while still keeping RP realistic.
I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t inside EMS, so I want to make the system smoother — things like recruitment, communication, and training so everyone knows what they’re doing on-duty.
I’m passionate about medical roleplay. Helping people in RP emergencies, teaching proper responses, and creating serious but fun medical scenes is something I want to push further as a leader.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
I will be regularly checking all the units in the lobbies and make sure that they don't face any kind of problem, making sure the units on calls drive properly and safely, and also checking the Ard units and make sure that they get proper training and pass the test for being an Ard officer.
Making a team to provide adrenaline to the legal orgs whenever needed and make sure that there is atleast one unit from the adrenaline team always available in the city.
Make regular RP scenario trainings, so medics learn how to respond smoothly in all situations.
Encourage everyone to use proper medical terms but still keep things realistic and fun.
Give shoutouts or rewards for good medical RP, so people stay motivated.
Keep communication open between EMS and other orgs like PD, GOV, and FIB for better, connected RP scenes.
I have really great ideas to keep the org running 24/7, covering all the three lobbies and two units always being on calls one as Ard and one with normal ambulances.
Thank you for spending your precious time in reading my application.
Hope for positive response
