Dear Chief Admin,


We responded to an ATM robbery in Ghetto. There were only two of us, and those guys killed my partner. As I had lost my gun in a previous fight, I was only left with a taser. So, I was waiting for the safest opportunity to cuff him. You can see in my POV that he was eating food after he finished eating, I cuffed him, not while he was shooting. We were only two officers responding to the ATM robbery.
