- I want to make EMS more organized, disciplined, and professional. My goal is to help city by training every medic and doctor up to standards so they can handle emergencies calmy.
- I want to make EMS most active organization in city and will make sure that we can respond to every calls and I will do my very best.
-I think I can lead EMS in a positive direction cause I have good experience in EMS and I was HOD before so I know pretty much everything about EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- To improve EMS RolePlay I will focus on realistic medical RP using proper commands, regular training for consistency, clear radio communication, and teamwork with other departments, while leading by example to keep professionalism and high-quality RP. And recently I had seen PH and SH empty many times I would offer team more bonus and pay to keep organization active.
