2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First, I’ve always liked helping people, and EMS is all about saving lives — that’s something that actually feels meaningful in RP.
Second, I want to bring more teamwork and activity into EMS. I’ve seen times when calls get delayed or coordination isn’t great, and I know I can fix that with better communication and proper scheduling.
Third, I want to make EMS more fun and realistic for everyone. A lot of people join just to grind, but I want to create an environment where it feels like a real emergency service — serious when needed but enjoyable too.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
To improve RP in EMS, I’d focus on proper training for new recruits — teaching them how to handle medical scenes realistically instead of just rushing revives. Also, I’d organize in-game roleplay events like mass casualty drills or joint ops with LSPD and GOV to keep things active and immersive. The more structure and interaction we add, the higher the RP quality gets.
Thank you for reading my application!
I really hope to get a chance to prove myself as a leader and take EMS to the next level.
