Ria Whitee was born in a middle class family who worked hard all day to earn some money to run the household. Although her parents were not rich but they still tried their best to give Ria whatever she wanted. They sent her to the biggest school in the locality which they were not able to afford but were able to handle it by working overtime and working at odd hours. They soon shifted to Los santos by spending every penny they had to provide best education to their daughter . Ria saw all of this , she was always inspired by her parents. They were still living a happy family life but then came the turning point when all of this changed. While her father was going back home from his part time job , he stopped at the beach for a while where suddenly a guy rushed towards Ria's father and handed over a pouch in a hurry. Just when he was checking what's inside , a LSPD officer came and arrested her father. As per the jury's judgement, he was imprisoned for 10 years. This shocked Ria and her mother and she was left helpless as rent was pending so she decided that she will leave her education and take a job a LSPD to go to the depth of it. This is where the real hardship of her life started.

Ria joined LSPD as a recruit , she was very hardworking as she wanted to free her father from the shackles of injustice. She aced her training and worked hard day and night. She joined the UC department of LSPD which at first helped her a lot by explaining her about how evidences and case files work. She was soon promoted to a good position but as time passed she understood that the UC of LSPD wasn't good enough as LSPD didn't keep all the records of evidences which she needed to get the knowledge about her father's case file. That's when the real opportunity came knocking her door, it was an invitation to FIB , an elite Organization only open to few experienced Law enforcement officers having full control over the evidences. She joined FIB and now as she was experienced enough in her work, soon got promoted to the position of HOD. This is where the dark acts of Ria started. She broke into the evidence room at midnight , stole her father's case file records , studied them and finnaly came to know that it was all a planning of the LSPD officer to save his son from the narcotics case and found the right person , a common man who can be arrested with false charges. Ria could have legally prosecuted the officer but she decided to the control in her own hands. She kidnapped the officer and his son , tortured them and handed them over to the gangs to do the final deed. This freed her father as she provided the necessary evidence. She always though that this was her true goal but she felt a sudden surge of power, she understood that with this power she can take control over the city. She started by leaking the hostage plans. She started taking bribes , leaking data servers leading to data breaches. This gave Ria Whitee a new kind of a life which had no going back.
