2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?"
- I want to become a leader because i was always in the part of the criminal side in the city and i always enjoyed the way gangs are operated in this server with its specific scripts and i think i have enough experience to become one of the leaders and to try my self in that.
- I have specific goals that i want to achieve during my term, such as having succesfull gang raids, 100% turfs, having the whole ghetto painted red and in general to have good people around me that i trust and that can help me achieve this, and also to have one of the best gangs which of course its everybodys goal.
- The thing that i also want to do is to stop beefs between gangs and to work together because everybody is always stonger when is together such as in FZ raids, Subs, and bunch of other events, and also imrpove RP between gangs and relations as i mentioned above.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Inviting all organisations and doing events with each other
- Being always active in all RP events that the gang can participate in, also never missing requirements for the gang and to be consistent as possible with my members in those RP situations
- Giving bonuses to members for their dedication and good work and loyalty towards the gang and me as a leader, which would motivate them to do more and more for the gang, because everyone has more motivation when they get awarded for their good work.
- As i mentioned above, to have the whole ghetto painted red and also having a stable grafitti team and a proper lead whos gonna lead them in it.
- Also always having the deputys that take care of the gang when i am not in the city
