Rejected Game Crash Proof | PHANTOM MARKOS

My game had crashed last time I was in city. I was mid flight in my plane. I logged back in today and was in prison. I never had any interaction or anything. At 1 min 39 seconds in the clip you can hear my game crash you can look at the date and time in game to verify when I was last online. It says the person who arrested me is PHANTOM MARKOS. No idea who that is as I never had any interaction or any scene before my game had crashed. I was doing my level 3 pilot missions when this happened. So I know I had a wanted level but never had any interaction before my game crashed. Now Im doing 70 + min in prison for my game crashing?
