2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I want to become leader of bloods cause i would like to use bloods for using my experiences on roleplay i was leader of ballas before this and i made great work on ballas and completed my term successfully i can do this on bloods as well and im thinking that i will do great on it
- I want to enhance the RP in criminal organizations and make the organization a friendly community. Still to this day in gangs there is alot of continious toxicity between members which leads to huge fights between members of the organization which demotivates the members because of the toxic environment
- I also know all rules and tactics to run a ORG and as a welled player of this RP project i know how deal in any situation without getting nervousness like i saw when any curator ask for bodycam of any situation we done so many people afraid to give POV so in my situation i already experienced these type of things so now i am well prepared to be an leader
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
If we make sure that no HC will do favoritism and if they do, we give the necessary punishment, almost everything will be fair in the gang. And also, even though if we warn people not to break rules (for instance: shooting from inside the HQ) and if they break rules, we will give the necessary punishment again so everything could be good as planned and I will have very good deputies who can attend all events (including subs) at the time and those deputies will be available at morning as well as night, it will help my term be active all the time and it will increase the activity of the gang for sure. So in conclusion, once my deputies be active, it would especially increase the activity.
