So i was in DOC and global drop in front of doc so i get my car to check and i saw prisoner is out of doc and he still have cuffs in hand so i cuff him and disappear it can be look like black magic as you can see in Proof link. But i don't know why but i am not able to put one more link in proofs so i will give one more proof i know it ends quickly but my instant replay crash at worst time but i still got where he again teleport when i try to stun him. he did some tp again but unfortunatly this is all i had on me. Thank you.
