it would be better if an Indian admin who knows Hindi looks at the forum
ID 201652 was unbanned just a few days ago from a permanent ban, and this account is breaking many rules like.
His punishment history is very bad he has received GR 3.1 and 3.2 multiple times.
You can see it in his forum account. He should get a big punishment.
