2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become a Leader of Bloods because i have been serving as the Leader of Ballas and really had a great time to lead that awesome gang with my friends and when i told my curators, i couldnt take 2nd term. Therefore, it made me really sad and this time i wanted to become a leader of bloods and get a better term between recent terms, i would like to attend events and make people listen to me and create great plans then make everybody see my name as well. However, it will be written in the history of Grand RP for sure because i will spend a long time on my leadership throughout the term.
2.2 I have always seen the behaviour of toxicity between the gangs and wanted to stop this, i succeeded this during my Ballas term and i will take the same actions in my bloods term as well. So, everything is going to be fine in the term and no one will fight each other. It will improve the togetherness and community inside the gang and it will always let us win everything against everyone. Because when togetherness and a great community come, success also comes at the same time. And i want to success these all in my new term and show everyone that my bloods term will be the best term ever.
2.3 I was deputy of all gangs except Ballas and i was leader there. So, i have maximum experience in gangs and thats the reason why i have the capacity to be a leader. And the most special reason i want to become a leader of Bloods is, i have always wanted to become a leader of bloods since i started this game but never become the leader of bloods. I had always got rejected due to lack of trust but finally, you all trusted me and let me apply for Ballas, then i showed my activity and leadership skills throughout the Ballas term. So, since i wanted to become a leader of this gang, it is the exact time to apply for Bloods for me.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Unfair punishments, unfair rank-ups, inactive people as high commands, high commands who dont know any rule. All the situations i have described here are situations where there is unfair gain under the name of favoritism. I hate favoritism and favoritism always ruins the RP. Therefore, i will give not forgive any of my HCs if they do favoritism against people, then i will bring true justice to the gang and state that everyone should get what they deserve. If we do everything properly and fairly, everything is going to be great in the RP, in real life, i have never seen any kind of favoritism that is like in game (promoting without proof, having good rank without working on it). I will not happen any kind of favoritism inside the gang, so everything will be alright.
