2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

(i) Because SAHP has always been my main ground and strength.

SAHP has been the majority of my RP life as I started as the very lowest and made my way to the very top as a Commander. That climb taught me what it takes to make this organization operate, with highway patrol management and high speed pursuits down to coordination with other legal orgs. The experience within FIB as Federal Commander and NG as Lt. General taught me about discipline, structure and appropriate team leadership. I believe I can restore SAHP to stability, high activity and respect.

(ii) To rebuild SAHP with discipline and professionalism.


I have witnessed the destruction of a legal organization through favoritism, unprofessionalism and lack of structure. I intend to restructure the SAHP to be a disciplined, fair and active department. All officers will have a way up with hard work and quality of RP. Due to training and frequent patrol coordination, the org will be sharp, serious and at the same time not too solemn.

(iii) To change how people see SAHP.

SAHP is too frequently treated as nothing more than traffic cops. With me at the helm, that is different. I would like SAHP to be referred to as the quick reaction force that secures the city securely, taking part in pursuits, aiding LSPD and FIB in their tasks, and always visible along the streets. SAHP units should be associated with professionalism, speed, and control when people look at them.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Regular training and patrol scenarios should be carried out to ensure that officers are active and realistic in their RP.
Be of strict discipline and communication in the course of operations, all officers must be abiding by what they are told.
Encourage interdepartmental teamwork and respect (LSPD, FIB, NG) to work together on RP.
Take out all favoritism, ranks and bonuses will be strictly on activity and performance.


Departments Under SAHP

Human Resources (HR) - Deals with evaluations, recruitment and training. Has all recruits who are able to meet the standards of SAHP professionalism and knowledge.
Public Relations (PR) - The role of PR would be to take care of the image of SAHP in the city, media communications, announcements and ensuring effective communication with other legal bodies.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID) - Specializes in undercover units, highway crime and liaising with FIB in terms of information exchange.
Internal Affairs (IA) - Assures all the members of SAHP have the right behavior, lack of corruption, and adherence within the departmental and city rules.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) – The operational support of SAHP, which takes care of high-risk operations, ghetto patrols, raids, and hostage operations with precision and discipline.
