1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I want to become an admin assistant to better help the player experience, personally when players don't follow the rules I can understand how that can be very unencouraging to players especially people who are new to city. When in city, I love showing new players good ways of making money, the jobs the city provides and more importantly help them understand the rules of the server so they can stay safe and provide that fair experience to others. I really enjoy the in-depth RP experience the city provides and Id like to add being an admin assistant to my experience.

3. What are your strengths?
I have an extensive knowledge of the city and server rules. I'm an extroverted person who enjoys talking and getting to know new people which has allowed me in the past to help my family grow larger, help my coworkers in EMS to better understand their work environment and have them feel like they have a friendly face to support them. I'm a quick learner which I think would help benefit me in learning how to become an Admin assistant, as it's helped me climbed the ranks in orgs and my family.
4. What are your weaknesses?
In the past, I used to struggle with delegating tasks and asking for help as I wanted to ensure my peers had the correct information and that things were being done correctly. However, I have learned that trusting others and asking for help can save time and help others succeed. I learned this a lot with my experience in my family and within orgs. I'm still working on improving.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
Through my experience with organizations, I quickly learned how to be reliable. For example, In EMS there were many times that I've been asked to stay until and past tsunami and make sure lobbies are filled and everything's running smooth for the next high command that would be in city. I became one of the go to people to rely on if there were coverage needs that were planned or needed immediately. My reliability would allow me to help our players and admins at any time. I'm also very knowledgeable about our server rules and enjoy helping people understand them and know how to better follow them.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No IRL issues or situations. If anything were to ever change, I would communicate it.
