Summary

Bittu’s story ain’t clean, it’s layered with both good and bad pages.
He came to Los Santos carrying a past stitched with duty, survival and few things he don’t really talk about. Once a lawman up in Paleto Bay, later a director in DOE, he’s that type of guy who earned respect in rooms where respect don’t come easy.
Most see him as a clean man with a civic badge of honor — few know the dirt behind the shine.

Backstory

Bittu didn’t just learn the streets, he lived them. From sitting long hours in patrol cars to running after crooks in rainy alleys — he’s seen it all. Paleto Bay was the testing ground, where nights were longer than the shifts and decisions never stayed black or white. He made it up to assistant sheriff before moving to DOE. That move gave him access to power and people — the kind that can open or close any door if you know how to knock right.

He trained hard: close combat, SWAT drills, even some heli hours under stress. He ain’t the loud type but nothing slips past his eyes. His past? messy as hell. Some favors still echo around, few debts never got paid. But he’s not broken. He just learned to carry the weight instead of letting it crush him. The man protects his circle like blood — doesn’t matter if they are or not.

Outcomes

  1. Driving & Piloting: Can drive almost anything (except supercars) on rough roads & cliffs without breaking RP. Can also fly small helis cleanly when needed — ex-training days left their mark.
  2. Covert Feed: His glasses have a hidden waterproof cam rolling 24/7. Uploads to secure server, so no need to “refresh” after hospital or death.
  3. Information Broker: Knows both sides of the table. Can pass info between legal & illegal groups for bribes, up to $100k — only done through proper RP, no meta.
  4. Always Connected: Keeps a hidden radio always on him. Old habits die hard.
  5. Bodycam Jammer: Can /try twice per scene to mess with nearby cams or break bodycams. Risky, sometimes works, sometimes don’t.
  6. Influence Pull: Can use his public image and old LEO ties to twist an investigation or slow it down. All IC and reason-based.
  7. Deadman’s Footage: His eyewear cam uploads in real time — if he dies, lawyer gets access and can use it legally.
  8. Memory by RP: Can ID people by voice, clothes, way they move — no metagame IDs, just experience and RP sense.
  9. Standoff Composure: Doesn’t freeze if someone points a gun. Takes at least 3 people to pin him properly due to past training.
  10. Hostage Play: Can act as hostage up to $100k payout. Uses his LEO knowledge to negotiate or buy time realistically.

Extra Touches from DOE / LEO Past

  • Can sometimes request old case files, CCTV clips or use emergency access to locked rooms — only with fair RP & reason.
  • Can train others on basic tactics, driving drills and de-escalation methods — the kind he learned on the job.
  • Knows how to talk both street and official language — uses whichever gets the job done.
