Dear higher-ups,
I previously appealed the leader blacklist in EN1, but it was unfortunately rejected, and it was confirmed that it would not be revoked. ((Link)) Now that I am participating in EN3, I am eager to take on a leadership role and contribute positively to the community. I kindly request an opportunity to demonstrate my growth and commitment, and I assure you that I will not repeat the mistakes made in EN1. If my leader blacklist is removed, I will not be taking government leadership roles in the future.
