2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-i want to become leader of marabunta because its the first gang i joined by my own and its first highcommand rank i get before so it has great memories with me i served over 2+ terms on bunta before and i like the color and it will be great if i can become a leader on it
-i got great friendships around the server and nice family/gangs as an alliance so if i can become a leader i can make marabunta great as always with nice members and activity so we can paint all the ghetto blue and show our domination in events we fight with other gangs
-i will use my experiences i gained before i was deputy for over 6 times and leader of ballas before and i think i see every kind of situation on this crime of en1 ill do great work on the organization and make this term masterpiece of mine and have fame of being leader around state
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
-as i saw people likes the gangs that gaves rank to them and the gangs they can receive ammunation from the events i was always generous about giving away ammunation but things are changed so i will not do the same mistakes ive done on ballas and ill be concentrated on ranking system this time people can not become high-command that easier on my term and there will be huge interwiew and training process on joining the gang ill make the people highcommand who do not do favoritism and low english knowledge if a person does a favoritism ill blacklist him and the person who he favoritized so gang can be great.
