As per the evidence provided.
I was having a conversation with Admin Richard Crawford in the "Contact Administration" Section.
We were having a back and forth conversation when Alex Odd rudely started to involve himself. Then proceeded to mute me for "Flood in Reports".
Not what I was doing. I was having a conversation with another Admin and I was asked to have it there. I suggested Mails (discord).
His tone was and attitude was rude and condescending. This is not a way for anyone in a role of power should behave.
Then just as the conversation concluding and there was nothing any of them could help me with and I was about to go and enjoy the rest of my day.
Alex started throwing a tantrum.

I would like Alex Odds to be removed from admin. Their circumstance is irrelevant. If he is Admin he is game staff his job is to de-escalate and find a solution or provide a response that steers the customer in the right path. I am a paying customer and in the short period of time I have been here a very high paying customer. To be treated in this way when I am not trolling "Flood in Reports" and I am asking genuine questions about a situation that was due to a bug but no one seems to care enough to fix. This is absolutely disgraceful the way tech support and admins treat citizens. The only person that has ever been helpful has been Richard Crawford. I have only met him once before and even then he helped the best he could. That's the type of people who deserve their position as admin. Not people that think that they can do whatever they want, speak to people how ever they want and treat people how ever they want. As an admin your actions and words should be watched more so you don't abuse your position. As Uncle Ben said "with great power, comes great responsibility" Alex Odd needs to be more responsible about the way they carry themselves and represent Grand RP as an admin.
