2. Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization?
Throughout the years in SAHP, particularly as HOD, I've truly learned the operations of our department from the bottom up. I've witnessed so many skilled individuals come and thrive here, and I'd like to continue that by assisting our team to new heights. I have training and team ideas that I think will make our officers better still and introduce some new energy into SAHP.SAHP is essential for keeping safety and law on the server. I'd like to make sure that we're fair and consistent in all that we do—from dealing with incidents to dealing with other factions. My aim is to maintain high standards, yet ensure that all members feel valued and respected.I have always tried to make RP more fun and interactive for all. As leader, I would ensure that frequent events and situations are held that enable us to unleash what SAHP is capable of. I also wish for our department to be a welcoming environment for new players as well as one where veterans remain engaged.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First off, I’d encourage everyone to take their character development seriously and interact more in-character—even in routine situations. Regular sessions on traffic stops, emergencies, and joint events with other departments would keep things lively and help everyone improve. Activities that push our RP abilities and pay dividends for creativity would be a long way towards achieving this.Additionally, feedback is important. Establishing open channels for ideas and periodic check-ins can help us catch what works and what doesn't.Catching good RP and assisting anyone who's having trouble with suggestions or fixes would create a helpful environment.
