1. Leader of San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Assisting New Soldiers
I would love to be a leader in the National Guard because so many new soldiers are coming into the guard unsure of themselves, unsure about what is expected. But if they are provided adequate leadership they can evolve into confident competent Guardsmen who understand why they are there and proud to be serving. I want to be the person for them and establish myself as a mentor who is able to assist along the way.
Building a Strong Army
An effective force is not only about having the best equipment; it’s about how much people trust one another, and put the best effort forward because, they are trusting one another. I want to make sure that is how my fellow soldiers feel, and I believe the best way to develop that is to set a strong example, by teaching discipline, pride, and teamwork in everything we do. I want to be the type of leader that takes a respectable bunch of citizens and strong Reserves and turn them into good soliders and help them develop physical and mental strength over time through resilience.
Enhancing the Public's View on the National Guard
rThe National Guard is well known for the pide and detail we put into our work . I understand that in serving as a representative I'm not only representing myself and my community but I'm representing that very reputation the National Guard upholds. Due to that responsibility, I want to be a leader who upholds those standards in everything I do. Leadership is not just offering guidance — it's about leading by example, earning respect through action, and showing others what the National Guard is all about through consistent professionalism and character. By supporting myself with integrity and guiding those around me, I can help to maintain the reputation of the National Guard as robust and strong as it continues to represent the pride, discipline, and service we uphold.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Achieving these aims wont be easy, consistency, and time to train, but I am willing to do it, if it helps improve the overall experience of the National Guard. Since this is generally the first organization new members are part of, I believe it is necessary to influence new members with proper instruction and quality training. I have plans to ensure our facility is used to the max, backed by contract and USMC JROTC training, to restructure drills, weapon training, and improvement exercises to engage members and keep them advancing.
Also, I want our facility to become more than just a training facility by encouraging training with other organizations. Conducting joint training exercises will also building teamwork between organizations but also build familiarity and allow trust when we integrate during real operations. It is vital that we engage in shared training and training efficiencies in operations and training.
Since the National Guard has a responsible security mission to Fort Zancudo, and additional collaborations with SAHP will, in most cases, allow for alignment of responsibilities, that would improve working checkpoints, and joint operations when needed. This will allow for an increase safety, while cooperation with an agency, other than the guard, will enhance our skills and provide a strong and visible presence of the national guard in enhanced uniform and strategic security to tighter resolution for high security protection.
One final duty of the National Guard is to conduct ammo runs, which are key in supplying every organization and the mission. As a leader, I will continue to ensure this process will be organized, reliable, and efficient as no team would have to worry about any shortages in some of the most critical of situations.
