Bob Hellsing Was raised with he's parents untill he lost them during big pandemic that was happening then he left alone with he's friends only , Bob went to a mental hospital because he's kleptomania mixed with he's anger issues after he left alone without any parents or anyone else from he's family so he decided to run away from the hospital and dive inside the ghetto life with all the gangs , its a place who he could release he's anger and kill freely and make himself more calm , he like to rob stuff from people as long with stealing stuff from their cars and pockets , their houses or anything just to sell it and get money because he's money addiction also !
after time passed Bob decided to combine he's life with legal organizations but still have the issue with he's kleptomania and money addiction so he must to keep stealing and sell them as much as he can so he can get more and more money , even if its selling Gear or inside info, anything that worth money.
always successfully sneaking into high command positions into organizations to get as much intel he can get and any gear he want without limits !
Outcomes:
1. Bob's kleptomania makes him steal everything including intel.
2. Not afraid to engage if there's 2 People infront of him trying to rob him.
3. He's money addiction makes Bob want to sell anything in he's hands including bribe items
4. Due to having all sorts of contacts and an extensive criminal background. Bob is able to conduct illegal weapons and ammo deals in the blackmarket and to/from players.
5.Bob will accept bribes from his friends and strangers for benefits or for their freedom.
6.Bob's Money addiction makes him sometimes do not confiscate his suspect's weapons and instead keeps them for himself and turns them for a profit.
(I want this to be according not LSPD but all legal orgs i might be in future too if possible ofc.)
