2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) I've run East Side Ballas before, so I'm familiar with how everything works, what's expected, and the vibe of the Organization. I know how to lead a Organization , sort out issues, and make sure we're a force to be reckoned with in the city. This time around, I want to really focus on getting everyone working together well and keeping our roleplay topnotch.
B)I’ve already led East Side Ballas in the past, so I know the structure, responsibilities, and culture of the organization. I understand how to manage members, handle conflicts, and keep the gang active and respected in the city. This time, I want to take it even further focusing on stronger teamwork and cleaner RP. Ballas isn’t just another org to me it’s home. I’ve put in time, effort, and energy to build it up before, and I want to rebuild that same energy with new and old faces.
C) My goal is to re establish the East Side Ballas in EN3 as a respected and intimidating street gang, focusing on structured RolePlay and organizational control. Improving our activity, communication, and organizational base will let the Ballas become a leading RP gang once more.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) Hosting regular role play activities, like planned gang meetings, police negotiations, or street deals, can help members in developing stronger role playing skills. This also adds realism to situations, instead of leaving actions to chance.
B)
To keep the radio clear, no ooc, random shouting, and spam while role-playing. Always follow High Command's orders and show respect to encourage teamwork, which will create a better and more real role-play experience.
My main aim is for East Side Ballas to be famous for realistic, organized, and respected role-play a group that brings enthusiasm and discipline to all interactions in the city.
