he did bug abuse when i was shoting him he run then enter the new Halloween event the Broom Race
and the Gz 1.3 when i shot the first time on him he run to gz

Incorrect Format the evidence does not show the entire situation
( In this provided pov, doesn't showing suspect broke GZ 1.3 )
