I would like to request a review of the punishment decision made by the admin Kevin BaIenciaga regarding the situation shown in the video at timestamp 00:31.


In that clip player ID 40187 insulted player ID 109445 by mentioning his mother, and then ID 109445 responded with the exact same insult.


However, the punishments given were:

• ID 40187: Punished under GR 3.1 + GR 3.2 + GR 6.9
• ID 109445: Received only a Meta Gaming (temporary mute)

I believe this decision is unfair, as both players used the same insult. The punishment should be equal for both sides, or both should be forgiven since the insults were mutual and not one-sided.


Please review the video carefully and reconsider the decision to ensure fairness.
