Hello,
I would like to request a review of the punishment decision made by the admin Kevin BaIenciaga regarding the situation shown in the video at timestamp 00:31.
In that clip, player ID 40187 insulted player ID 109445 by mentioning his mother, and then ID 109445 responded with the exact same insult.
However, the punishments given were:
In addition, at timestamp 00:34, when ID 109445 replied to the insult, his friend on Discord told him that he would get a 7-day ban because of his reply.
I also want to mention that I personally received a punishment under GR 3.1 just because I was speaking Arabic and said the word “ya khara” (which was not meant as an insult). Despite the cultural or language misunderstanding, I was banned under that rule.
This shows inconsistency in how the punishments are applied. Both players in the video used the same insult, yet received completely different punishments. The decision should be equal for both sides, or both should be forgiven, as it was a mutual exchange, not a one-sided offense.
Please review the video carefully and reconsider the decision to ensure fairness.
