2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Honestly, EMS has always been one of my favorite parts of the city. I enjoy helping people and making sure others are doing fine, both in RP and real life. Being an EMS leader would give me the chance to do that on a bigger scale — not just saving lives but also guiding the team that does it every day.
I’ve spent time in EMS before, so I understand the teamwork, patience, and coordination it takes to handle calls properly. I believe with proper communication and motivation, we can make EMS one of the most active and respected orgs in the city.
Lastly, I just love the vibe of working with medics — helping new recruits learn the ropes, organizing smooth RP scenes, and making sure everyone enjoys what they do.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
To make RP more enjoyable and realistic, I’d focus on simple things that matter: good communication, proper training, and creativity. We can organize small RP drills, realistic medical scenes, and joint operations with LSPD or FIB to make it feel more alive. The goal is to keep the team active, professional, and proud of wearing the EMS badge.
