Hello chief administration,
I was inactive from 16th October for ooc issue, but last 3 or 4 days i was log in my game and checking all think okh or not and logout from game. Yesterday i played maybe 1 or 2 hours as a new event come to game. today i try to join game for event candy grind but game was loading when i try vpn and i see that my ip get ban also my ID .i remember that i didn't done any think wrong so i can get blacklist.
Can i know what wrong or want did i get ban for. Sir may i know the reason.
