hello dear administration
i got banned for GR 1.7 for buying a car "thrax" for 2.7m,but i normaly put an add for buying car for a 3m budget and the owner of it sent me msg that he got a thrax so i tell him that itsout of my budget because i know it worths more than 3.9m but he text me back that he realy needs money and wants to sell it for 2.7m so i bought it from him for that price because i thought that i wouldnt buy it for lower that government price and if you check my logs i have never done any transfer or interaction between me and him
and sorry for distrubing you

Any car that worth over $5,000,000 market place value that's being sold/bought for cheap is a rulebreak. Rejected.​
