Dear Administrators,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing this message with respect and a bit of sadness, as I recently received a ban after an admin check performed by Bawan on the Total EN3 server. This was actually the second time he has checked me, and unfortunately, I was banned again.
Please understand that I truly mean no disrespect toward Bawan or the team. However, during the last check, he only reviewed my Google history and watched a couple of short videos (around 2 minutes in total) before ending the process. Because of this, I feel that the check might not have been conducted thoroughly or fairly.
I have always respected the rules and the work that the admins do for the community. I only wish to have a fair chance to prove my innocence. Therefore, I kindly request that another admin review the video of Bawan’s check or consider re-evaluating my case. I am completely open and willing to undergo another, more detailed check by a different admin if needed.
I truly hope you can understand my situation and give me one more opportunity.
