Hello, administrator team i want to ask for reduction or unban for the last 15 days of my punishment as this is my first time i was an active player of average of 15hour online per day and now im banned for 30 days i have learned of the past 15 days i was banned on and this wont happend again and i dont want to miss the halloween event and the 2x promotion i hope you guys look about it .
