While I was on duty as an LSPD officer and taking a suspect into custody, another individual started repeatedly ramming me with his scooter without any valid RP reason. In response, I used my taser twice, both of which connected perfectly, yet the taser had no effect on him — not even a minor reaction or stun.

Afterward, when I tackled and detained him, the player suddenly killed all of us nearby with a single punch, which is not possible under normal gameplay conditions.
