My name is Penni, I’m new to playing on the server and recently started getting to know players and the server.
A situation occurred last night around 23:51 Server time
We have been harassed by a player with the ID 355668
And a player with ID 301064
While I understand that IC toxicity isn’t a rule break, she has been harassing, following us and insulting us constantly.
When telling her to leave us alone and explaining that it is not okay, she was backed up by her friend or boyfriend who I later discovered is the admin Mike Tank.
After confronting the girl and asking her to leave us alone
He interfered saying how he is always going to back up his friends and proceeded to ban me for my name. Then when asked about it he first ignored my friends and then went on about how they did not like us.
Nowhere in the rules I could find that my name could be banable, there for I feel it’s unfair and his decision was biased towards her.
I feel it’s unfair that he protects her in an IC situation and punish me and my friends wrongfully just to keep us away from complaining while she is harassing us constantly.

After reviewing POV of the Admin in question, you fully lied about the Administrator "Harassing" you. You claim:

And a player with ID 301064

You also claim:

Situation between you and 355668 before I do not know and it is for player report section if you want to report them.
Player 301064 is the Admin Mike Tank where I have the full POV of the situation from. In no shape or form he HARASSES you. You come up to the group in this situation and be toxic, you say out of nowhere "fuck you" to random girl then call her "bitch", where he rightfully silences you for 60 Minutes. There was no "telling her to leave us alone" or "explaining that it is not okay" - you straight up just approached her being insulting - nothing else. Its full on POV of the admin who is standing in the same group. It is FULLY a lie what you say here.
Then someone in PC again says your name, which is the first time he notices your name is violating GR6.9 - which leads correctly to 3d Ban.

NOTHING else happened from what you say here about harassment or make any sense towards what you claim against the administrator about harassment. There was no "backing up" or anything else you claim here. If someone else harasses you, you have to report them. The situation was fully made up by you yourself. You approached the group and you were toxic. All decisions made here were correct. The admin can only punish what he sees. For lie in complaint towards higher up administration, you will receive a ban from forum, as well as 30 day ban ingame.
