Since joining EMS, I’ve greatly appreciated the positive and friendly environment fostered by my colleagues. I’ve also gained valuable knowledge and experience, and have consistently committed to long working hours from day one.
However, I would like to raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred on 28/10/2025 at 21:11, where I was killed at the FAM house and subsequently respawned at PH1. Upon arrival, I was met with a high command employer who responded with sarcasm and accused me of dishonesty, despite I've stated that I would provide POV (proof of view) for my absence.
I am unsure why I was reprimanded under these circumstances by a high command Ninja Rajz(384430), especially after clearly indicating my intent to cooperate. As stated in Labor code 2.2 section B(line 2) employers should provide a comfortable working condition, In this scenario it's not implemented. I hope this matter can be reviewed and resolved, as I believe all players should be able to work in a respectful and supportive environment.
