2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)​

• I want to become a leader of families because since the beginning of my journey i have always enjoyed more the criminal side other than State and i have experience in both state and crime , the way u can rob people , turfs it just something which i love to do and ill try my best to make it the most active gang.

• I also got some goals as a gang leader which i want to achieve as having the most active gang, successful gang term with most numbers of raids and robberies, also i want to have the whole ghetto painted in our colors and have a dedicated team to spray our color all over the ghetto and green color is my personal favourite.

• I believe that now i am ready and can take on this responsibility of being a leader and come out as the best leader of Families and i would love to show the city how i and my friends/people of families can dominate the full city.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

• First i Believe to get the best roleplay possible we need to have a proper system where people do their level best in the roleplay and don't go against the scripting/server rules , for which we will have a dedicated team/group of people who check over all people and make sure we do our best and follow a waring system , which will make sure we doing our best .

3rd Mistake - 3 Warm ( Blacklisted for 10days )

• I have seen many people who promote favouritism and give ranks to friend , i will be strongly against it and make sure even if a guy is new he get all chances to prove himself and climb ranks to even deputy post if they are active and doing best for the gang .

• I have seen many times many gang having fights in between them due to which leos take over the gangs and never let them come up so i will decided the first thing i do i will make sure to unite all gangs to together to them such strong that leos cant even touch us and we rule the city , and just think of role play where all gang unit against all the leo orgs .

• I will make a strong high commands team which will make sure all things are good and working while i am not present in the city .

• I have seen people many times dont join gangs due to low bonus / getting arrested with tons of fines , so to solve this i will make sure our bonus system is such where people would love to join our gang .

• I will make sure all guys are treated equal and everyone get the chance to lead event like store rob , hostage so in coming future maybe we get bright leaders out of them for the org .

• Any kind of Toxicity/provking inside gang will be tolerated and action will be taken on them

• At last i want to make Families a terrorist organisation and get a 100% turf .
