Rejected why am i getting punished for 6 days when i didnt even shoot the guy ?

I want to clarify my side of the situation. I didn’t shoot anyone or kill anybody during that incident. When the whole fight broke out and everyone started shooting at each other, I only pulled out my weapon for self-defense.

At that moment, I had food poisoning in-game, so I couldn’t use any food or med kits to heal myself. One of the officers then shot me in the first shotgun round, and that happened after that officer went to hospital as you can clearly see in the video. i am not even in that video and i had only assault rifle on me i couldnt at that time i had revolver but i only used AR in that place. i know it id is green Zone but i thought an event was going on between LEO and bloods.

I don’t understand why I’m being punished for 6 days when I didn’t engage in the shootout or kill anyone. It seems unfair that I’m getting punished just because I happened to be riding with the group.
