1. Why would you like to become an admin and quit RP-life?
I've had a lot of experience in RP-life and know the community culture, player dynamics, and server rules deeply. Now, I would like to give back more actively by ensuring fair play and assisting others in enjoying the server. Becoming an admin seems like a natural progression to help and enhance the community instead of merely being a part of it as a player.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

3. What are your weaknesses?
At times, I have too many things to do at once because I want everything to be perfect. I've been trying to work on time management and better delegating or prioritizing.

Leadership & teamwork: I am able to communicate with other admins efficiently.
Technical knowledge: Experienced with server systems, basic logs, and RP mechanics.
Conflict resolution: Have experience in resolving player disputes calmly and objectively.

Yes, I completely understand and agree that admins must not have any business to prevent conflict of interest. I am willing to sell or transfer it if necessary.
6. Any IRL problem or circumstance that is keeping you inactive for the time being or in the future?
No, I do not have any IRL problems that hinder my activity. My schedule is adjustable, and I am able to commit regular time to the admin position.

I've been a long-time loyal to the server and attempted to have a good standing in the community. I'm a firm believer in fairness, transparency, and teamwork — and I'm willing to assist in making the RP experience better for all.
