2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Before applying for the leadership I worked in every illegal organizations as well as many legal organizations like NG, LSPD, Government, etc… In legal organizations I worked in NG as Lt-General 1 time and as Major General of MP 1 time in 2 different terms and in Government i worked as MOS(Member of State). And in illegal orgs I worked as deputy too much times and I worked in every gang as high command I forgot the number that how much time I worked as deputy or as high command, in this all I leads many events of legal and illegal orgs, so after this all I think I have too much experience for becoming an Families Gang leader . When i newly came to the city I have dream to become a gang leader, now its time to complete that dream. And now I was able to keep up with pace and lead, and I want to show that as Families leader. During my leadership I will help people and develop RP, while we maintain an healthy and respectful environment for everyone in the gang.
2. During my leadership me and my gang members will brakes every law and orders of legal orgs and we do too much crimes in the city . By working in multiple orgs as well as Families gang and other illegal Organization, I understand that we have to make discipline in the org and have strong leadership. As the leader, I aim to bring structure, boost recruitments, enhance training protocols, and ensure the safety of all the gang members.,
3. In the illegal organization me, my friends and my family members have too much experience, by which I will create a full army and make Families Gang most active in the city and disciplined illegal organization ever. There will be no place for toxicity. Me and my gang members everyone can fun together and work hard to get Families in top, we want that everyone have fear of Families name. I will promote unity and loyalty within the gang to strength our influence and dominance across the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
From what I’ve seen in past terms, leaders and their deputies don’t really interact much with newer members or those lower in rank — and that’s something I really want to change. I’ll be making it a priority to reduce that gap and make sure everyone feels included, no matter their rank.
Events will be a big part of what we focus on. They keep things active and give everyone a chance to get involved. I’ll do my best to create an environment where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and part of a team.
And of course, a solid bonus system can really help motivate people to join in. The more people we have at events, the more fun and roleplay we’ll all get to enjoy.
