Rejected Mass Rule break I FIB, LSPD

Dear administrator
Today during an attempted weapon store robbery, officers from LSPD / FIB / SAHP arrived and started negotiations. They are agreed for group free passage in exchange for a hostage, but after negotiations they did not follow the agreement. Instead they placed barricades at 13:44, cuffed one of our gang members at 13:44 , and Blocked our vehicle engine to shut down while we were leaving and at that time we have hostage also and they did again while we are inside AOP .We believe the officers’ did not followed the negotiated agreement. I request to higher up admin for review of the application and do the appropriate action.

The first engine block didnt affect the outcome of this store as they realized you had the hostage and they didn't take action on it. When you leave and drive away from the person holding the hostage therefore leaving the situation they can engine block you and take action. After the hostage is released they can engine block especially once u have left the zone.
