Hello, i was ban for GR 1.1 back in Sep 7 2025 so i changed my Social name from Divyansh4373 to MehmetBolo few months ago cause of some issues, and i would like to be back in city and i agree of money wipe too

Explain the entire situation as if you have only changed the social name that does not explain 3 different IDs in total which is a violation of GR 1.4!
