1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Ans : I want to become an admin because I care deeply about the community and want to help maintain a fair, enjoyable, and well-structured environment. While I’ve loved my time in RP, I believe I can now contribute more by supporting players, enforcing rules, and improving the server from behind the scenes. My RP experience gives me the perspective to make balanced and fair decisions as an admin.
2. What are your strengths?
   Ans: One of my key strengths is communication — I express myself clearly and listen carefully to others. I make sure to understand a player’s concern fully before responding, then handle situations calmly and fairly. My goal is always to resolve issues respectfully and make everyone feel heard.

   Ans: One of my weaknesses is feeling a bit anxious when I’m put on the spot, which can make me second-guess myself. However, I’m working on building confidence by staying calm, focusing on facts, and viewing feedback as a chance to improve. I believe awareness and effort can turn any weakness into a strength.
