He arrested me while ooc event and even in the ooc event he gave me fines and they dont even know the rules so they had to ask another player and the other player even confirmed that they cant arrest cuz its ooc event and i was in cuffs for 20min u can see in POV he says himself that after 2min that they cant arrest and when the event started he still arrested me
