Rejected Banned for General Rule 6.3 | For Mazhor_Pluxury

I was Ballas Leader few months ago, I did successfully term as a Leader and I become Admin also was Curator of Ballas and Families in the same time then I stepped down because of IRL issues. And after 3-2 months from being a Leader I got ban for 60 days under General Rule 6.3 which is it is forbidden to empty the warehouse of the organisation for personal purposes. When I asked they told me I've got Ban for taking money from organisation balance for personal use.
I admit that I took money for myself and I also admit that I gave a lot of money as a Bonus for my gang member after we win important event like "Car Theft" and "Informant" events also during my term my warehouse was always full of guns and always I take money from org balance to buy Revolvers & ammunition.

My curator that time confirmed that I can take money for personal use and most of Leaders of Gangs are taking org Balance to buy Clothes, bidding on Auction etc...
As a Leader of Active gang I did a lot of hard work, active and managing the gang like it should be, If I cannot take money from the balance what is point of the work that I did to the Gang to be super Active? What is the benefit of being a Leader in this project? Is it true that Gang Leader cannot take money from ORG balance for personal use? Is "Warehouse" related to the "Organisation Balance" ?

To make everything clear I already got un banned by accepting money wipe offer, but I still need justification.​

If you think that you are allowed to take money from org balance and then buy a gun which cost is 10k for 2 mil. And it doesn't count as a manipulation. I have a bad news for you.​
