The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
There is one guy that is wanted by state, State organization got an intel by a one citizen that the wanted guy is seen at Paleto cove island on boat so they are going to Paleto Cove Island to catch him. So, it will be race to reach at the destination. It was start from LSPD HQ as the starting point and they have to move to Sandy Shores Airport with bikes, which will be the second location. From there, they will get Buzzard and they need to go to the Paleto Cove Island. Wanted criminal is hiding somewhere on that island who will find him and will put in cuffs first will win this event
Why this event: Showcase driving skills, strong thinking, driving capabilities, seriousness

All participants including LEOS/Gangs/LI: 10

- No UB driving
- No CR

The first person to reach and put him in cuffs will win this event
