I'm a little confused. I haven't been in city for the majority of the day. I got on a little bit early in the morning, dealt with some people and was a bit toxic in prime chat. I genuinely don't think that should warrant a week ban. I can understand an extensive mute for Toxicity etc. Please decide to lower my punishment as this is a first time offense of being toxic and my first given ban.
